Term 3 Mosaic Madness...

We have been busy creating our very own Mosaic Masterpieces this term.  We are going to be selling these at our School Gala.  With the help of our resident expert Mrs Millett we embarked on creating beautiful Mosaic birds.  

We had to practise drawing birds first and chose a shape of a bird we could draw by ourselves.  We then decided on what colours different parts of the birds would be.  

W.A.L.T:  Design and create mosaic bird designs.

SC:

• Outline your bird in pencil first
• Check you have a 4cm border
• Check in with a buddy and then Mrs M/Mrs A
• Outline your border and bird in sharpie
• Select what colours your bird and background will be
• cut small strips into small squares and begin decorating
